This battlemap pack includes two different maps, one of a chasm deep beneath the waves, and another of an active volcanic eruption on the ocean floor. All maps in this pack have both gridded and gridless variants, as well as jpg and webp versions.

Into the Deep - Chasm Lair

A chasm stretches out across the ocean floor with faint, green shimmers, sparkling out in the dark. A creature has made this alien landscape its lair. What will your players find within?

This map was originally made with the idea of an ocean basilisk in mind, so the base map has petrified corpses dotted about. There is also a blank variant, without these statues, included.

The chilly water around you suddenly begins to warm. Clouds of black dirt erupt from the earth below as it violently breaks apart spewing out molten rock. How will your players escape a sudden eruption?
